Vitalis Legal is a Perth-based law firm known for providing approachable, reliable, and client-focused legal services. Ahead of their 10-year anniversary, the firm recognised an opportunity to strengthen its market positioning, streamline digital communications, and introduce a new service offering – a risk audit. However, their existing brand identity was inconsistent, their website framework outdated, and timelines were tight to deliver both a refreshed identity and an anniversary campaign.

Purple Giraffe was engaged to deliver a comprehensive marketing audit, brand refresh, and strategic communications roadmap. Our role was to build a professional yet approachable brand identity that reflected the firm’s values and could scale across all marketing channels.

To achieve this, we:

  • Developed refreshed brand guidelines, including colour palettes, typography, and tone of voice, to ensure consistency across collateral.
  • Designed and launched a new user-friendly website with improved structure, copywriting, visuals, SEO, and usability.
  • Coordinated a professional photoshoot and video shoot to refresh the firm’s image library, creating assets for use across newsletters, social media, and internal templates.
  • Planned and delivered a 10-year anniversary campaign that celebrated the firm’s milestone while launching the new Risk Audit service.
  • Implemented structured digital marketing with consistent content pillars and social media activity to build visibility and engagement.
  • Worked closely with the directors to balance professional credibility with a personable, client-friendly tone, ensuring outputs were both strategic and practical.
