As a proudly family-owned and operated business, they are known for providing compassionate, personalised care with integrity and respect. Despite this long-standing reputation, their previous website had become outdated, with poor SEO performance, limited functionality, and a lack of clear calls to action.
To ensure their digital presence matched the strength of their legacy, the goal of this project was to redesign the website to better reflect Minge Funerals’ brand, enhance usability, and provide a supportive, user-friendly resource for families seeking funeral services.
