Warrina Homes Residents

Project overview

Warrina Homes provides residential aged care services built on values of care, respect, and excellence. As part of their commitment to supporting residents and families, Warrina Homes identified the need to update their Resident Welcome Guides. These guides are essential tools designed to help new residents settle into their home and community by providing key information about facilities, services, and support resources.

The project sought to realign the Welcome Guides with Warrina Homes’ values while creating resources that were modern, professional, and accessible. Challenges included ensuring the guides reflected Warrina Homes’ culture – balancing operational information with warm communication, and capturing updated imagery of team members, facilities, and living areas.

Key Deliverables

  • Full review of the existing guides, assessing clarity, consistency, and tone of voice.
  • Streamlining content to remove duplication and highlight essential information for residents and families.
  • Simplification of language to improve accessibility and readability.
  • Introduction of a refreshed design that aligned with the Warrina Homes brand, using clear layouts, imagery, and consistent styling.
  • Organisation and management of a photoshoot featuring talent, team members and facilities, creating versatile imagery for use in the guides and across other areas of the organisation.
  • Collaboration with the Warrina Homes team to refine drafts and ensure the guides met both operational needs and resident expectations.
