Is self-motivation innate or can it be a learned behaviour?

Research has found it ignites from the part of the brain known as the nucleus accumbens, which is a major part of the brain’s reward circuit. Neurotransmitters send dopamine to the rest of your body to keep you alert and focused. It’s the part of the brain that influences our force to complete a project, exercising or achieving a goal.
